Smart Order Cloud Space Usage Notice
Welcome to Smart Order Cloud Space (the “Feature”). Please read this Usage Notice carefully before using the Feature. It explains how the Feature works, how data is handled, and the points you should note.
By using the Feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Usage Notice. You must also comply with the Smart Order Terms of Service and the Smart Order Privacy Policy. If this Usage Notice makes a specific provision for Cloud Space, this Usage Notice prevails.
When you use the Feature, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region where you are located, and with any other laws and regulations that apply to you.
1. About Cloud Space
1.1 What the Feature does
Smart Order Cloud Space provides file upload, storage, management, reference, and download services. It is also used to store related files from Smart Order AI Desktop and the App, and outputs generated by AI.
Cloud Space supports the following:
- Files you upload, archive, or generate through Smart Order AI Desktop.
- Images, files, and other supported files you upload through the App.
- Documents, spreadsheets, scripts, and accompanying files generated by AI in a mobile session.
- Associated files and saved outputs produced in a mobile session.
Cloud Space does not itself modify or edit files that you upload, generate, or save. File names, folder locations, and file contents may change when you rename, move, delete, restore, or take another action.
1.2 How to access it
- Smart Order AI Desktop: go to “My Cloud Space.” You may also reference a cloud file from the session input area, or use natural language to look up folders, upload files, and create standard folders.
- App: go to “My Cloud Space.” You can use Files, Session Records, and Trash.
The Feature is available only to a signed-in account. Smart Order AI Desktop and the App use the Cloud Space data and server-side rules of the same account.
1.3 Folder types
Cloud Space contains standard folders and mobile-session folders.
- A standard folder supports new subfolders, upload, download, rename, move, delete, and multi-select.
- A mobile-session folder is linked to a specific mobile session and is shown with its own identifier. You may open it, view it, and download it as a package. You cannot yourself create a subfolder in it, upload to it, rename it, move it, delete it, or select its contents.
- The AI generation process may create the subfolders and files required for generation inside the linked mobile-session folder.
- The name of a mobile-session folder updates together with the name of the linked session. After the session is permanently deleted, the link is removed and the folder becomes a standard folder. The original files and their locations are kept.
1.4 Storage
The Cloud Space storage allowance is the allowance shown on the product page. Files, session records, and items in Trash count toward storage under the product rules.
When storage is insufficient, you can still query, search, preview, and reference existing files. Actions that add new data may be unavailable, including uploading, generating new content, sending a new message that must be written to Cloud Space, and creating a folder.
2. Requirements for uploaded and stored content
2.1 Responsibility for content
Documents, images, audio, video, code, spreadsheets, and other materials that you upload, store, or reference through Cloud Space (together, “Content”) are your own legal responsibility. You must have a lawful right to use the Content. You must not infringe another person’s right of privacy, right of reputation, right of portrait, copyright, trademark, patent, or other lawful rights and interests.
When you upload, store, reference, download, or otherwise use Content, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region where you are located, and with any other laws and regulations that apply to that Content.
2.2 Prohibited content
You must not use the Feature to create, upload, store, or distribute any of the following:
- Content that violates the laws or regulations of the country or region where you are located, or any other applicable laws or regulations.
- Content that may be offensive.
- Content that infringes another person’s personal information, privacy, portrait, name, reputation, or other lawful rights and interests.
- Content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property, including material you do not have the right to use.
- Files that may damage another person’s computing device or system, or this Feature.
- Any other content prohibited by applicable laws or regulations, or by related Smart Order rules.
2.3 If these requirements are not met
If you violate the laws or regulations of the country or region where you are located, any other applicable laws or regulations, this Usage Notice, the Terms of Service, or the Privacy Policy, Smart Order may take necessary measures in light of the circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Deleting the relevant Content, or restricting access to it.
- Restricting, suspending, or terminating some or all of the Cloud Space service.
- Where required by law, or where we reasonably consider it necessary, disclosing relevant information to law-enforcement authorities.
You are legally responsible for complaints, claims, penalties, or other losses arising from Content you upload or store.
3. How to use Cloud Space
3.1 Smart Order AI Desktop
- In “My Cloud Space,” you can switch among Files, Session Records, and Trash. Under Files, you can use Recent Files and File Management.
- Select “Upload Files,” or start an upload inside a standard folder. You can select more than one file by clicking or by dragging files in, then choose a standard destination folder and confirm. The upload list shows the status of each task. Closing the list does not stop the upload.
- A standard folder supports create, upload, download as a package, rename, move, delete, and multi-select. Files can be previewed online.
- You can select and reference a cloud file from the session input area. You can also use natural language to look up a folder, upload a file, or create a standard folder. A reference does not copy the file, does not move the file, and does not use additional storage.
- A mobile-session folder can be opened, viewed, and downloaded as a package. You cannot upload to it, create a subfolder in it, select its contents, rename it, move it, or delete it. It also cannot be used as a destination for an upload or a move.
- Deleted files, standard folders, and mobile sessions go to Trash. They can be restored or permanently deleted under the applicable rules.
3.2 App
- In “My Cloud Space,” you can switch among Files, Session Records, and Trash. Under Files, you can use Recent Files and File Management.
- In Recent Files or File Management, tap +, then choose “Upload Images” to open the photo library, or “Upload Files” to open the file picker.
- After selecting items, tap “Next,” choose a standard destination folder, and tap “Upload Here.” The upload list shows progress, speed, estimated time remaining, and status. After you close the upload card, the task continues in the background.
- A standard folder supports create, upload, download as a package, rename, move, delete, and multi-select. Files can be previewed online.
3.3 Rules for Smart Order AI Desktop and the App
- This version does not support uploading a folder. The upload result is the server’s final status. The page does not show success early because of waiting time.
- A batch upload is handled file by file, and partial success is allowed. Files that succeed are kept. Files that fail can be retried as prompted.
- You can create subfolders in a standard folder. The final folder depth cannot exceed three levels.
- If you create a folder or rename an item with a name that already exists, the system blocks the submission and asks you to use another name. If an upload, move, or restore meets an existing name, the system automatically adds a suffix such as “(1)” or “(2)” until the name is unique.
- The name of a mobile-session folder stays in sync with the linked session and cannot be changed directly. After the session is permanently deleted, the folder is unlinked and becomes a standard folder. The original files and their locations are kept.
- A batch move is checked for every item first and is submitted only after every item passes. If any item fails, the whole batch does not take effect.
- After a file is renamed or moved, existing references remain valid. After a file goes to Trash, no new reference can be added. After a file is permanently deleted, historical messages keep the file name, but the file can no longer be previewed or read.
- A folder is deleted and restored as a complete folder tree. Restoring one item and restoring a batch both require confirmation, and both are all-or-nothing. If a batch restore fails, the message identifies the first problem item found in the order submitted.
4. Data handling and protection
4.1 Permission to upload and download
When you use the App to upload or download, the system may need permission to access photos, files, or local storage. You can withdraw those permissions in the system settings. After you withdraw a permission, you may be unable to continue using the upload or download function that depends on it. Other Cloud Space functions that do not depend on that permission are not affected.
4.2 Data security
We process and protect account information, file information, session-association information, operation records, and other information needed to provide the Feature in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We take reasonable security measures to protect that data.
Except where laws or regulations require it, or where it is necessary to protect the security of the Service, we will not disclose your non-public Cloud Space content on our own initiative.
5. Complaints, suggestions, and personal-information rights
If you have a complaint, suggestion, or question about the Cloud Space feature, the handling of Content, or the protection of personal information, email:
Please provide your Smart Order account, a description of the issue, the relevant page, or the time of the action, together with any other information needed, where you can. If the matter involves personal information, we may need to verify your identity before we handle it and respond.
6. Other terms
- When you use the Feature, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region where you are located and with other applicable laws and regulations. You must also comply with this Usage Notice, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and other related Smart Order rules.
- If another agreement already covers general account, content, privacy, or security matters, and this Usage Notice does not make a specific provision, that other agreement applies.
- If this Usage Notice and another agreement are inconsistent about a specific Cloud Space function, this Usage Notice prevails for that Cloud Space function. Matters of account, privacy, content compliance, and responsibility follow the relevant agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
- We may adjust the Feature and this Usage Notice because of product capabilities, laws and regulations, or security requirements. After an adjustment, we will give notice on a product page or in another appropriate way. If you do not agree to the adjustment, please stop using the related function.
